摘 要:目的探讨“以器官系统为中心”联合情景模拟教学法在循环系统疾病整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法2020年3—7月,选择本校2016级五年制临床医学专业四年级64名学生,随机分两组:一组为试验组(32名),实施情景模拟教学法,以器官系统整合为模式进行循环系统疾病授课;另一组对照组(32名),实行传统教学授课模式。对两组授课效果进行考核,包括理论知识及临床技能,对考核结果进行比较,并于结课后发放调查问卷。结果试验组学生理论考试、临床技能考试,对病史采集能力、体格检查能力、诊断能力、治疗方案选择能力、医患沟通能力、对临床事件的分析解决能力等的评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论器官系统整合联合情景模拟教学法实现了学科的连贯性、整体性、综合性和实用性,帮助学生全面系统掌握循环系统基础、临床知识,提高了教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"organ system centered"combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the integrated course of circulatory system diseases.Methods From March to July 2020,a total of 64 students in grade 2016 of five-year clinical medicine major in our university were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(32 students)was given scenario simulation teaching method to teach circulatory system diseases in the mode of organ system integration,and the control group(32 students)was given traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect of the two groups was assessed,including the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of circulatory system diseases.The assessment results were compared,and the questionnaire was issued after the class.Results The scores of theoretical examination,clinical skills examination,medical history collection ability,physical examination ability,diagnosis ability,treatment scheme selection ability,hospital communication ability,interest in learning,consolidation of basic knowledge,analysis and solution ability of clinical events of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Organ system integration combined with scene simulation teaching method can achieve the coherence,integrity,comprehensiveness and practicability of the subject,help students comprehensively and systematically master the basis of circulatory system,clinical knowledge and skills,improve the quality of teaching and enhance the post competency of medical students.
