摘  要:超声医学是一门发展迅速的新兴学科,作为经验性和操作性并重的学科,具有其特殊性。随着科学技术的发展,人民生活质量不断提高,民众对健康的重视程度逐渐增强,提升医疗水平的迫切性愈发凸显。超声医学作为现代医学的重要组成部分,超声医学专业医生需求量激增,尤其是临床应用型超声医生。为了更好地满足临床工作需要,为各级医院输送高素质、高水平人才,专业学位研究生临床思维能力的培养变得至关重要。鉴于超声医学专业教学的特殊性,以及临床思维培养的必要性,笔者结合本校超声医学科专业学位研究生教学实践的经验体会,以及临床带教过程中遇到的实际问题,探讨适用于当代的临床应用型超声专业人才培养模式。Ultrasound medicine is a new but rapidly developing subject,which has its particularity as a subject of both experience and operation.With the development of the scientific technology and the continuous improvement of quality of life,people pay more and more attention to health.As an important part of modern medicine,the demand for ultrasound professionals,especially for clinical ultrasound doctors,is increasing rapidly.In order to meet the needs of clinical work better and to provide high-quality and high-level talents for hospitals at all levels,the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of graduate students with professional degrees has become very important.In view of the particularity of ultrasound medical teaching and the necessity of cultivating meticulous clinical thinking,this paper discusses the training mode suitable for contemporary clinical application-oriented ultrasound professionals based on the experience of teaching practice of ultrasound medicine graduate students in our university and the practical problems encountered in the teaching process.
