摘 要:选取C高职学院近两年招收的退役军人为研究对象,从学习目的、学习条件、学习能力、学习偏好、学习体验五个方面进行学情调查。结果显示,高职院校退役军人学习目的重在提升学历获得专业技能,学习条件总体不足主要是学习时间匮乏,学习能力总体不足但具有一定潜力,学习偏好表现为对专业技能课程的学习偏好和集中授课的课表偏好,学习体验方面则呈现总体满意但信心不足的特征。应对这些学情特征,需制定个性化人才培养方案与教学计划、探究线上线下混合式教学模式、推进基于学情大数据的精准教学策略、建立校政企家多元参与的协同共育机制。Selecting the veterans recruited by C higher vocational college in the past two years as the research objects, and conduct academic surveys from five aspects: learning purpose, learning conditions, learning ability, learning preference, and learning experience. The results show that the purpose of learning for veterans in higher vocational colleges is to improve their academic qualifications and obtain professional skills, the overall lack of learning conditions is mainly due to lack of learning time, overall lack of learning ability but with certain potential, learning preferences are manifested in learning preferences and professional skills courses, and the timetable preference for intensive teaching and learning experience presents the characteristics of overall satisfaction but lack of confidence. To cope with these academic characteristics, it is necessary to formulate personalized talent training programs and teaching plans, explore online and offline hybrid teaching modes, promote accurate teaching strategies based on academic big data, and establish a collaborative education mechanism with multiple participation of school, government, and entrepreneurs.
