摘 要:目的:评定直接进样测汞法测定即食海带中汞的不确定度。方法:采用测汞仪直接进样,快速测定即食海带中汞含量,分析该方法测量不确定度的主要来源,并评估每一个分量的不确定度。结果:即食海带中汞含量为0.007 9 mg/kg,其扩展不确定为0.001 1 mg/kg(k=2)。结论:直接进样测汞法主要不确定度来源于制样均匀性、标准曲线拟合和标准溶液配制。因此采用直接进样测汞法时,需要严格控制制样均匀性、标准曲线的线性及标准溶液配制过程,从而提高检测结果的准确度。Objective:The uncertainty of determination of mercury content in instant kelp by direct mercury analyzer was evaluated.Methods:The mercury content in instant kelp was rapidly determined by direct injection with mercury analyzer,the main sources of measurement uncertainty in this method were analyzed,and the uncertainty of each component was evaluated.Results:The content of mercury in instant kelp was 0.007 9 mg/kg,and its expanded uncertainty was 0.001 1 mg/kg (k=2).Conclusion:The main uncertainties of direct injection mercury determination method comes from sample preparation uniformity,standard curve fitting and standard solution preparation.Therefore,the direct injection mercury determination method need to strictly control the sample preparation uniformity,the linearity of the standard curve and the preparation process of the standard solution,so as to improve the accuracy of the test results.
