儿童“护目”液态奶的研究

摘　　要：采用叶黄素酯、复合维生素、牡丹籽油及山药粉等原辅料调制成儿童“护目”调制乳,利用食疗的方式达到改善儿童视力的生理功效。通过单因素试验对不同因素影响程度进行分析,通过正交试验得出最佳液态奶配方。结果表明,较佳配方为复合维生素100 mg/kg,牡丹籽油添加量2 000 mg/kg,山药粉添加量3 000 mg/kg,叶黄素酯添加量200 mg/kg。Lutein ester,multivitamin,peony seed oil,mountain medicine powder and other raw materials are used to make children’s “protective” milk,and dietary therapy is used to achieve the physiological effect of improving children’s eyesight.The influence degree of different factors was analyzed by unifactor test,and the best liquid milk formula was found by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum formula was 100 mg/kg compound vitamin,2 000 mg/kg peony seed oil,3 000 mg/kg yam powder and 200 mg/kg lutein ester.
