摘　　要：当前,我国高校在法学本科课堂教育改革过程中应主动适应高等教育改革的具体要求,树立以学生中心视角,结合相关政策要求,明确我国高校法学本科课堂教学改革方向和目标。在此基础上,结合学生的具体诉求,对法学本科课堂教学内容、教学方式、教学方法进行完善。通过启发式教学、体验式教学、互动式教学,真正实现教师与学生的有效互动,促进学生全面发展。At present,universities in our country should adapt themselves to the specific requirements of the reform of higher education in the process of the reform of law undergraduate classroom education, and establish a student-centered perspective, combining with the relevant policy requirements, making clear the direction and goal of the reform of law undergraduate classroom teaching in universities of our country. On this basis, combined with the specific demands of students, the content, teaching methods and teaching methods of law undergraduate courses are improved. Through heuristic teaching, experiential teaching and interactive teaching, the effective interaction between teachers and students can be realized and the all-round development of students can be promoted.
