摘  要:对多样生源背景下高职院校学分制改革进行探析。根据学生有限选课自主权与多样需求之间的矛盾、固定修业年限与多样生源不同学习状态之间的矛盾,提出了高职院校学分制改革的主要路径,要重构课程体系,完善选课制度,实施弹性学制,建立先前学习认可制度。明确了高职院校学分制改革实施的关键点,即教师指导、教学管控、资源建设。要加快推进职业教育国家“学分银行”建设,以实现学习成果可追溯、可查询、可转换,这对于高职院校学分制改革与探索具有积极意义。The study explores the credit system reform in higher vocational colleges under the background of students of diversified resources.The main pathway of credit system reform in higher vocational colleges is proposed according to the conflict between student’s limit course selection autonomous right and diversified demands,and the conflict between fixed study time and different learning situation of students of diversified sources.The main path of credit system reform in higher vocational colleges is proposed,i.e.to reconstruct curriculum system,perfect course selection system,implement flexible length of schooling,and establish previous learning accreditation system.The key points of credit system reform in higher vocational colleges are clarified,i.e.teacher’s guidance,teaching control and resource construction.It is necessary to promote the construction of national“credit bank”of vocational education,to make learning results traceable,queryable and convertible.This has positive significance for the reform and exploration of the credit system in higher vocational colleges.
