摘 要:为提升高职院校管理水平和教育质量,探讨了高职院校成人继续教育管理信息化建设对策。分析了高职院校成人继续教育管理信息化存在的问题,体现在管理人员观念落后,管理手段信息化程度低,管理人员信息技术水平低,教学环境信息化应用程度低。提出了高职院校成人继续教育管理信息化建设策略:及时转变管理观念,以现代信息化教育理念为指导,有效结合高职院校教育改革要求,推动高职院校成人继续教育信息化管理过程中的教育创新;管理工作与信息技术相融合,使招生、考核、选课、教学等多种传统学校职能与信息技术进行有机融合,形成完整的信息化管理体系,使学生完成一站式的高职院校教学体验;提升教师队伍管理水平,提升教师的信息技术应用能力,使其能够灵活运用信息技术制作课件和视频,加强对教学软件的开发力度与灵活运用程度;完善管理平台功能,使招生、学籍、教务、毕业等环节整合在同一平台系统内,从而提升成人继续教育质量与教学管理水平。In order to improve the higher vocational college management level and education quality,the study explores the countermeasures of the construction of adult continuing education management information in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems,i.e.the backward manager’s concept,low management information degree,low manager’s information technology level,and low teaching environment application degree.The strategies for the adult continuing education management information in higher vocational colleges are proposed,timely transformation of the management concept,guide by modern information education concept,effectively combine with the requirements of higher vocational college education reform,and promote education innovation;combine management and information technology,organically integrate various forms of traditional college functions,such as recruitment,examination,class selection and teaching,with information technology,form integrated information management system,and make student experience one-station higher vocational college teaching;improve teaching staff management level,promote teacher’s information technology application ability,make student flexibly apply information technology to fabricate courseware and video,strengthen the development and flexible application of teaching software;perfect management platform function,integrate recruitment,student status,educational administration and graduation into the platform system,to improve the quality of adult continuing education and the level of teaching management.
