论教师风险素养及其培育

摘  要:作为教师的核心素养,风险素养是教师满足风险教育与风险生存需要,以及维护国家总体安全和防范化解教育风险所应具备的风险意识、风险知识、风险能力、风险思维、风险伦理等关键能力与必备品格,具有统整性、价值潜在性、跨领域性、动态生成性等特征。教师风险素养在筑牢国家意识形态安全防线、防范化解教育风险、培育学生风险素养、提升教师风险生存质量、催生学校风险文化等方面发挥重要作用。教师风险素养的有效培育需要增进教师风险素养价值认同、形塑风险素养发展自觉,研制教师风险素养标准、创新教师风险素养培养机制,搭建智能学习平台、构建风险学习共同体,健全风险素养保障机制、打造风险文化生态。As the core literacy of teacher's,teacher risk literacy is the key ability and necessary character that teachers possess in order to meet the needs of risk education and risk survival,and maintain the overall national security and prevent educational risks,including risk awareness,risk knowledge,risk ability,risk thinking,risk ethics.Teacher risk literacy has integrity,value potential,and Features such as cross-domain and dynamic generation.The risk literacy of teachers has the value of building a national ideological security line of defense,preventing and dissolving education risks,cultivating students'risk literacy,improving the quality of teachers'risky life,and fostering school risk culture.In order to cultivate teachers'risk literacy,we should enhance the value recognition of teachers'risk literacy,shape the development awareness of risk literacy,develop teacher risk literacy standards,innovate teacher risk literacy training mechanisms,build intelligent learning platforms,build risk learning communities,improve risk literacy guarantee mechanisms and create a risk culture ecology.
