摘  要:针对电动升降桌在升降过程中很难保持桌面水平问题,提出模糊控制和相邻交叉耦合结构相结合的方式来改进多电机同步运行的精度,提高桌面升降的水平性。实验表明:采用模糊控制和相邻交叉耦合结构相结合的方式,改进多电机同步运行的精度明显比传统PID、开环控制的控制精度更高,达到的桌面水平效果更好,同时系统的鲁棒性显著提高,能够更好地满足桌面升降时对桌面水平的要求。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to maintain the levelness of the desktop during the lifting process of the electric lifting table,a combination of fuzzy control and adjacent cross-coupling architecture was proposed to improve the accuracy of the synchronous operation of multiple motors and the levelness of the desktop lifting.The combination of fuzzy control and adjacent cross-coupling architecture improves the accuracy of multi-motor synchronous operation.The results show that the control system in this work pressents significantly higher control accuracy than traditional PID and open-loop control,and achieves better desktop-levelness effects.At the same time,the robustness of the system is significantly improved,which can better meet the requirements of the desktop levelness when the desktop is raised and lowered.
