摘  要:目的学生标准化病人(SSP)情景模拟教学满足临床护理教学的需求,本研究探讨骨科SSP模拟查房对提高护生临床综合能力的作用,为优化临床教学方法提供依据。方法选取骨科实习护生84名作为研究对象,按组间基本特征可比原则分为对照组41名和观察组43名。观察组接受SSP模拟查房,对照组采用传统教学查房方法。干预后进行护生自评、临床综合能力的问卷调查,并对两组护生理论成绩比较。结果两组学生自评、理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患方评价总分37.76±4.93分,观察组患方评价总分43.85±3.13分,两组患方评价总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教师对两组学生评价总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中应用护理程序解决问题能力、健康教育能力、沟通交流与关爱病人能力观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组理论成绩79.46±10.93分,观察组理论成绩82.27±7.46分,两组理论成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护生与患方均对SSP模拟教学查房持积极反应,教师角度发现该方法主要使学生快速掌握护理程序的应用,该教学方法较传统教学效果好。Objective Student standardized patients(SSP)scenario simulation teaching is to meet the needs of clinical nursing teaching,this study investigated the eff ect of SSP simulated ward round on improving clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students and provided basis for optimizing clinical teaching methods.Methods A total of 84 orthopedic nursing students were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=43)according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The observation group received SSP simulation ward round,the control group received traditional teaching ward round.After intervention,the nursing students'self-evaluation and clinical comprehensive ability were investigated by questionnaire,the theoretical scores of the two groups were compared.Results There were no signifi cant diff erences in self-assessment and theoretical scores between two groups(P>0.05).The total score of patient's in the control group was 37.76±4.93 points.The total score of patient's evaluation in the observation group was 43.85±3.13 points,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant between the two groups(P<0.05).The teacher compared the total scores of the two groups of students,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),the application of nursing procedures to solve problems,health education ability,communication and patient's care ability of the observation group was higher than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The theoretical score of the control group was 79.46±10.93 points,the theoretical score of observation group was 82.27±7.46 points.There were no signifi cant diff erence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both nursing students and patients responded positively to SSP simulation teaching ward rounds.From the perspective of teachers,it was found that the method mainly enabled students to quickly master the application of nursing procedures and the teaching method was better than t
