特香型白酒甲醇和丙酸乙酯检测内、外标法比较研究

摘　　要：应用气相色谱两种定量方法:内标法和外标法,分别对特香型白酒样品定量研究比较分析。测定结果 RSD值为0.5%~1.9%,明确两种定量方法对特香型白酒甲醇和丙酸乙酯检测差异性,实验研究表明可将外标法推广应用于日常生产检测定量。The two quantitative methods of gas chromatography, i.e., the internal standard method and the external standard method,were used in the detection of methanol and ethyl propionate in Texiang Baijiu, and the differences between the two methods were compared. The RSD values of the determination results were between 0.5 % and 1.9 %. It is proved that the external standard method can be used in daily production.
