摘 要:目的探讨实习生使用临床情景模拟联合角色扮演教学对意外针刺伤发生率的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2021年4月该院实习生38名作为观察组,采用临床情景模拟联合角色扮演教学,选取2019年5月—2020年4月该院实习生38名作为对照组,采用常规教学。比较两组实习生针刺知识掌握情况、意外针刺伤发生率、针刺发生环节及实习生教学满意度。结果观察组针刺知识掌握情况较对照组明显更高,意外针刺伤发生率较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组实习生针刺发生环节比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组实习生教学满意度较对照组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习生给予临床情景模拟联合角色扮演教学,能够提高针刺知识掌握度及教学满意度,降低意外针刺伤发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of interns using clinical scenario simulation combined with role-playing teaching on the incidence of accidental needle stick injuries.Methods 38 interns from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group,used clinical scenario simulation and combined role-playing teaching,and 38 interns from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the control group used routine teaching.The mastery of acupuncture knowledge,the incidence of accidental acupuncture injury,the occurrence of acupuncture,and the teaching satisfaction of the interns were compared between the two groups.Results The mastery of acupuncture knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of accidental needle stick injuries was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of acupuncture between the two groups of interns(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the interns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interns giving clinical scenario simulation combined with role-playing teaching can improve the mastery of acupuncture knowledge and teaching satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of accidental acupuncture injuries.
