摘  要:高职业院校教育教学培育过程中,新形态教材、活页式手册、工作室手册等教材建设与信息化教学方法改革是课程建设的核心内容,对职业院校学生综合技术能力培养发挥着关键性的作用。数控加工中心技能实训课程是我校机电一体化技术专业AHK中德切削机械师培育方向的重要领域课程。高职院校教材和教法也是“三教”改革的重要部分,新形态活页式教材在实训教学实施中采用德国双元制教学模式以学生为主体,结合行动导向,通过有效的教学过程设计与实施,对培养德技并修的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才有着积极的促进作用。本文以实践教学为基础,探索了“活页式”实训手册在教学中的作用与成效,以及“活页式”实训手册在技能教学中培养学生综合职业能力的应用与探索。In the process of education and teaching cultivation in higher vocational colleges,the construction of new form teaching materials,loose leaf manuals,studio manuals and the reform of information-based teaching methods are the core content of curriculum construction,which plays a key role in the cultivation of students’ comprehensive technical ability in vocational colleges.CNC machining center skill training course is an important field course for AHK Chinese and German cutting machinists majoring in mechatronics technology in our university.The teaching materials and teaching methods of higher vocational colleges are also an important part of the “three education” reform.The new form of loose-leaf teaching materials adopts the German dual system teaching mode in the implementation of practical teaching.Taking students as the main body,combined with action guidance,and through the effective design and implementation of teaching process,it plays a positive role in promoting the cultivation of high-quality workers and technical skilled talents with both morality and technology.Based on practical teaching,this paper explores the role and effectiveness of “loose-leaf” training manual in teaching,as well as the application and exploration of “loose-leaf” training manual in cultivating students’ comprehensive professional ability in skill teaching.
