摘　　要：校企联合培养基地的建设对于提升专业学位研究生实践能力具有重要意义。为实现培养模式改革创新及“产学研用”深度融合,本研究以“宁波大学—天台县”实践模式为例,通过企业搭建培养基地,高校提供创新人才与技术,政府提供政策支持,探索“校—县—企合作”模式下研究生培养机制。最终,该模式初步实现了高校、县域政府、企业与研究生培养的多赢目标,为工程类专业学位研究生实践与就业能力提升以及联合培养基地建设提供了有益借鉴。The construction of a school-enterprise joint training base is of great significance for improving the practical ability of professional degree graduate students.In order to realize the reform and innovation of the training mode and the deep integration of "production, study, research and application",this study proposes a "school-county-enterprise cooperation" mode and takes the practice mode of "Ningbo University-Tiantai County" as an example to demonstrate the training mechanism.In the training mode, the enterprises establish training bases, the university provides innovative talents and technologies, and the government provides policy support.Eventually, this mode has achieved the multi-win goal of university, county government, enterprises and graduate students, and provided a useful reference for the practice and employ ability improvement of engineering graduate students and the construction of joint training bases.
