摘 要:高职商务英语专业扩招生与传统生源在学力起点、学习动机、学习能力、岗位来源及学习需求等方面存在显著差异。高职商务英语专业人才培养改革工作势在必行。然而,高职扩招商务英语专业人才培养存在三大现实困境:原有的人才培养模式与扩招生多元学习需求的矛盾;“双师型”师资与扩招生岗位背景的矛盾,封闭式教学组织与管理方式与扩招生在职学习的矛盾。对此,提出与时俱进,创新人才培养模式,内培外引,打造“双师型”教学团队,有张有弛,加强教学组织管理等人才培养对策,取得了良好的育人效果。There are significant differences between the expanded enrollment of higher vocational business English majors and traditional students in terms of academic ability starting points, learning motivations, learning abilities,job sources and learning needs. It is imperative to reform the training of higher vocational expanded business English majors. However, there are three realistic dilemmas in the cultivation of expanded business English majors: the contradiction between the original talent cultivation mode and the diversified learning needs of the expanded students;the contradiction between the "double qualified" teachers and the background of the expanded students’ work, and the contradiction between the closed teaching organization and management mode and the expanded students’ on-the-job learning. Hence, it is proposed to keep pace with the times to construct innovative talent training mode, create a "double qualified" teaching team through internal training and external guidance, and carry out a more flexible teaching organization and management to cultivate qualified business English majors to meet the personnel needs of the companies.
