摘　　要：精准医学的出现是对疾病更深刻的认识和对患者更广义的考量,也是对临床医学更高及最本质的要求。精准医疗的发展离不开精准医学教育的进步,因此在对即将进入临床阶段的临床医学专业学生教育教学中,引入精准医学理念非常必要且势在必行。一直以来,临床医学专业学生人文关怀素养问题都困扰着各高校,尤其是高职高专类院校。如何在精准的医学教育体系下,更好地利用资源,安排实践教学,稳步提高学生的人文关怀素养,是亟待解决的问题。The emergence of precision medicine is not only a deeper understanding of the disease and a broader consideration of patients,but also a higher and most essential requirement for clinical medicine.The development of precision medicine is inseparable from the progress of precision medicine education,so it is necessary and imperative to introduce the concept of precision medicine in the education and teaching of clinical medicine students who are about to enter the clinical stage.For a long time,the problem of humanistic care literacy of clinical medical students has been perplexing colleges and universities,especially vocational colleges.How to make better use of resources,arrange practical teaching,and steadily improve students’humanistic care literacy under the precision medical education system needs to be solved urgently.
