产教融合视域下高职院校顶岗实习管理创新研究

摘　　要：当前我国高职院校顶岗实习管理中还面临着学校、企业衔接不紧密,学生、家长认知有偏差,集中、分散实习难统一,监控、考核实施较随意等问题。对此,从产教融合背景下加强高职院校顶岗实习管理创新出发,提出了加强沟通、强化教育、加强组织、加强监管等顶岗实习管理的新机制。At present,the management of internship in higher vocational colleges in our country still faces with such problems as the lack of close connection between schools and enterprises,the bias of the students′and parents′cognition,the difficulty of unifying centralized and scattered internships,and the random implementation of monitoring and assessment.In this regard,starting from the strengthening the innovation of internship management in higher vocational colleges,under the background of the integration of production and education,a new mechanism for internship management such as strengthening communication,intensifying education,strengthening organization,and enhancing supervision is proposed.
