摘　　要：依法治教是依法治国在教育领域的具体体现,师德师风法治化是教育法治化的重要内容。当前高职院校的师德师风问题主要体现在政治思想、师生关系、教学工作和教研科研等方面,可从加强道德自律、严格校规管理、坚持法律制约等方面开展师德师风建设,实现师德师风法治化。Governing education by law is the inevitable requirement and concrete manifestation of education.The legalization of teachers'code of morality is the specific way to implement the legalization of education and it is the top priority of governing education by law in higher vocational colleges.The current teachers'code of morality in higher vocational colleges mainly involves political ideology,the relationship between teachers and students,teaching and teaching researches,etc.In the construction of teachers'code of morality,teachers in higher vocational colleges should stick to the bottom line of their profession,cultivate morality,abide by school regulations and teach in compliance with laws so as to strengthen the construction of teachers'code of morality.
