摘 要:纾解家长的教育焦虑是当前社会的热点话题,也是教育改革的重要关切和办好人民满意教育的应有之义。本研究采用二阶聚类分析法和链式中介模型探究家庭教育资本对中小学家长教育焦虑的影响机制,通过对50533名中小学家长的调查研究发现:(1)家庭教育资本负向影响家长教育焦虑,家庭教育资本越丰富的家长教育焦虑程度较低,家庭教育资本越匮乏的家长教育焦虑程度较高;(2)参照家庭教育资本弱势组,教育资本中等偏上的家长可通过家庭氛围转化教育焦虑;(3)参照家庭教育资本弱势组,教育资本中等偏上的家长可通过家校沟通影响教育焦虑;(4)家庭氛围和家校沟通在家庭教育资本和家长教育焦虑之间起到链式中介作用。建议中小学家长通过增加家庭书籍、学习资源等教育拥有物,营造和谐、进取的家庭氛围;落实“双减”政策,建立“家庭-学校-社区”合作育人网络,提升沟通质量,合力减轻学生作业负担和校外培训负担;建立公平的社会保障制度和合理的教育资源分配机制,促进教育优质均衡发展,从根本上缓解教育焦虑。Relieving parents’ educational anxiety is an important concern of the current educational reform. Also it is thecrucial way to improve people’s satisfaction with education. We take two step clustering analysis method and the chain mediation model are used to explore the influence of family educational capital on parents’ educational anxiety in middle and primary schools. Through the investigation of 50,533 parents in middle and primary schools, it is found that:(1)Family educational capital negatively affects parents’ educational anxiety, and parents with richer family educational capital have lower educational anxiety, while parents with poorer family educational capital have higher educational anxiety;(2)Referring to the vulnerable group of family educational capital, parents with higher education capital can transform their educational anxiety through family atmosphere;(3)Referring to the vulnerable group of family educational capital, parents with higher education capital can transform their educational anxiety through home-school communication;(4)Family atmosphere and home-school communication play a chain mediating role between family educational capital and parents’ educational anxiety. In order to alleviate parents’ educational anxiety,it is suggested that parents in primary and middle schools should create a harmonious and enterprising family atmosphere by increasing educational possessions such as family books and learning resources. Besides, it is necessary to implement the “double reduction” policy, establish a “home-school-community” cooperative education network, improve the quality of communication, and work together to reduce the burden of homework and after-school training for students. Furthermore, it is important to further improve measures to promote high quality and balanced development of education, create more fair opportunities for participation and more reasonable mechanism of education resources allocation, fundamentally alleviate education anxiety.
