摘 要:在全面关注学生核心素养发展、新版《中等职业学校英语课程标准》颁布的背景下,“职场语言沟通”突破了旧课标中“语言交际能力”的传统阐述,将语言交际的情景性和交互性放在更为突出的位置,更强调学生提取、表达、分享、交流职场中信息、观点、情感的能力。针对当前职业学校英语课堂教学是否对此作出了及时的调整,在培养学生职场语言沟通能力的过程中存在哪些问题,对南京市部分职业学校英语教学的一手素材进行样本研究,对学生职场语言沟通能力的培养现状进行分析,探讨教学中存在的问题,并提出相应的教学建议。Under the background of comprehensive attention to the development of students'key competency and the promulgation of the new edition of English Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools,“workplace language communication”breaks through the traditional exposition of“language communication ability”in the old curriculum standard,places situational and interactive language communication in a more prominent position,and emphasizes students'ability to extract,express,share and exchange information,opinions and emotions in the workplace.In view of whether the current English classroom teaching in vocational schools has made timely adjustments and what problems exist in the process of cultivating students'workplace language communication ability,this paper makes a sample study of the first-hand materials of English teaching in some vocational schools in Nanjing,analyzes the current teaching situation of cultivating students'workplace language communication ability,discusses the problems existing in teaching,and proposes corresponding teaching suggestions.
