摘　　要：效能思想是习近平总书记对治国理政经验的高度总结,是对国家治理体系和治理能力的深层次凝练。习近平总书记关于效能思想的理论和实践论述为治国理政提供了重要的思想源泉,对于加强国家治理具有重要价值。深入理解习近平总书记关于治国理政的效能思想,要从理论维度发掘其蕴含的丰富理论基础,从价值维度把握习近平关于效能思想重要论述的指导意义,从实践维度探讨提高国家效能的实施路径,以此加快完善国家治理体系,提高治理能力。The thought of efficiency is Xi Jinping’s high-level summary of the experience in governing the country,and profound refinement of the country’s governance system and capacity.Xi Jinping’s theoretical and practical discussion on efficiency thought provides an important source for state governance and is of great value for strengthening state governance.This article understands deeply Xi jinping’s ideas of governing efficiency,explores its rich theoretical basis from the dimension of theory,grasps it from the dimension of value ideas about effectiveness of important guiding significance,and explores the path to increasing the efficiency of the national implementation from the dimension of practice to speed up the perfect national governance system and improve the governance ability.
