摘  要:以食品营养学课程为例,以工程教育专业认证为契机,运用OBE理念的逆向设计原则,将课程思政与毕业要求对应的指标点进行有效统一,确定课程目标和能力指标;开展融入思政元素的食品营养学课程教学案例设计及教学内容优化;改进课程实施过程及课程考核和达成度评价等,形成专业特色鲜明、育人成效显著的产出导向教育体系,提升学生专业技能、知识和政治素养的同时,促进课程教学持续改进。该研究可为食品科学与工程专业其他课程的思政教学提供参考。Taking the Food Nutrition as an example, this paper using the reverse design principle of the OBE concept to effectively unify the course ideological and political education and the index points of graduation requirements which under the background of engineering education professional certification, and to determine the course objectives and ability indicator.To carry out the design of Food Nutrition teaching cases which integrating ideological and political elements and the course teaching content is optimized, meanwhile, to perfect the process of curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and degree evaluation, etc.,thus forming the output oriented education system with professional characteristic and education effective, so as to upgrade professional skills, knowledge and political literacy of students and promote the continuous improvement of teaching.This paper will provide reference for the ideological and political education of other courses.
