摘　　要：目的本研究旨在分析本科实习护生的人文关怀能力及影响因素。方法在中国知网、维普、万方三大中文数据库进行系统检索关于本科实习护生人文关怀能力及影响因素的相关文献,检索时间范围设定为2010-01-01至2020-02-17。结果最终纳入20篇文献,其中18篇为横断面调查的研究,2篇为质性研究的文章。通过对纳入文献的结果分析归纳总结显示:专业思想状态、人文关怀氛围体验、临床实践、人文关怀课程的学习、社会实践经验和护生的一些人口学特征是本科实习护生人文关怀能力的影响因素。结论本科实习护生人文关怀能力受家庭、学校、实践医院等多方面因素的影响,因此,家庭、学校和临床实践教学医院应共同营造良好的人文关怀氛围,加强对实习护生人文关怀的引导和教育,进而提高护理队伍的储备质量。Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the factors associated with the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods Systematic searches of three major electronic Chinese databases(CNKI,Wangfang,VYP)from 1st January 2010 to 17th February 2020 were used to identify the associated factors with the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Results 20 studies met the inclusion criteria including 18 quantitative and 2 qualitative methods studies,The findings showed that professional attitudes the experience of humanistic atmosphere,clinical practices and humanistic care course learning and the social practices,and the characteristics of students were significantly related to the humanistic care ability of the undergraduate nursing students.Conclusion Multi-factors including the level of family,school and training hospitals are associated with the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Therefore,it is very important to establish a great humanistic atmosphere for nursing students in their family,school and training hospital,and strengthen the guidance and education of humanistic care for them,which is a strategy to improve the quality of the future nursing team.
