基于企业一线问题库的高职学生实践创新能力“课赛训研”一体化培养模式研究——以柳州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：针对国内高职院校普遍存在的学生实践创新能力培养定位不准确、职教类型特色不突出、教学载体不系统、教师创新能力不强等问题,柳州职业技术学院创新构建了基于企业一线问题库的高职学生实践创新能力“课赛训研”一体化培养模式,在长达14年的实践中,取得了良好的成效,为高职院校开展学生实践创新能力培养提供案例和借鉴。In view of the common problems in domestic higher vocational colleges, such as the inaccurate positioning of the cultivation of higher vocational students’ practical innovation ability, the non prominent characteristics of vocational education types, the unsystematic teaching carrier and the weak innovation ability of teachers, this paper takes Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example to innovate and construct the integrated training mode of "course, competition, training and research" of higher vocational students’ practical innovation ability based on the enterprise front-line problems database. In 14 years of practice, it has achieved good results, which provides cases and reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out the cultivation of students’ practical innovation ability.
