摘　　要：本次调查基于河南省线下超市和国内主要电商平台,随机调查360个蜜饯的食品标签配料表,通过调研胭脂红、日落黄、柠檬黄、苋菜红和亮蓝这5种着色剂在蜜饯中的使用现状,为消费者合理选择健康、合格的产品提供帮助,为相关监管部门对食用色素的监管提供依据。Based on offline supermarkets in Henan province and major domestic e-commerce platforms,this survey randomly investigated the food label ingredient list of 360 preserves.By investigating the use status of carmine,sunset yellow,lemon yellow,amaranth red and bright blue in preserves,it provided help for consumers to reasonably choose healthy and qualified products and provided basis for the supervision of edible pigments by relevant regulatory authorities.
