摘 要:“社会差异”和“社会差别”是两个既有密切联系又有严格区分的社会现象、理念和话语,是正确感知、认识、反映、建构和实践教育公平直至社会公平的科学前提、元素和元论。教育理论界乃至社会科学界对此似乎缺乏应有的关注和认识。教育社会生态体系能够积淀、传承、促进和优化社会差异,不断提升和增进人类社会生存发展的形态与质量;也可能被动退行地把社会差异强化、扭曲、嬗变、固化和拉大社会差别,沦为不断降解和阻隔人类社会生态生存发展质量的帮凶。健全的教育社会生态体系立足和遵从社会差异的平等实质,遵从和建构科学有效的社会公正本质,不断激发、推进和生成社会差异的全质融合,激活、提升和优化教育社会生态体系的生机与活力。Social diversity and social difference are two social phenomena,two concepts or discourses that are closely related and strictly differentiated.They are the scientific premises,elements and meta⁃theories for understanding,constructing and practicing educational equality and even social equality.Educational theorists and even social science circles seem to lack due attention on and understanding of them.The social ecological system of education is able to actively inherit,promote and optimize social diversity,and constantly improve and enhance the rich and varied survival and development patterns and quality of human social ecology.It may also rely on,solidify and enlarge social difference passively,and become the institutional culprit and accomplice of degrading the ecological survival and development quality of human society.A sound educational social ecological system is based on and complies with the true objective equality in substance based on social differences.It complies with and constructs scientific and effective social justice in substance.It constantly generates and promotes the integration of social differences,so as to activate and optimize the vigor and vitality of educational social ecological system.
