摘 要:2020年我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,高校贫困生资助也从解决“绝对贫困”转入解决“相对贫困”的新发展阶段。自2017年,资助工作正式纳入十大育人体系开始,资助工作的重要性和价值性显著提升。近年来在全国范围内提倡的大数据资助建议得到诸多高校的建设性尝试,但是数据纳入资助后,“育人”价值该如何体现?文章基于此,从大数据赋能高校资助、大数据资助的不足及情感传播赋能资助工作三个方面对新发展阶段高校贫困生资助体系建构进行探索,以期能够对高校资助育人实践提出有价值的建议。In 2020,China won an all-round victory in the battle against poverty,and the financial assistance for poor college students has also changed from solving“absolute poverty”to solving“relative poverty”.Since 2017,the funding work has been officially incorporated into the top ten education systems,and the importance and value of the funding work have increased significantly.In recent years,the big data funding proposal advocated nationwide has been tried constructively in many colleges and universities.But how can the value of“educating people”be reflected after the data is included in the funding?Based on this,this paper explores the construction of funding system for poor college students in the new development stage from three aspects:the big data enabled college funding,the lack of big data funding and the emotional communication enabled funding in order to put forward scientific suggestions on the practice of college funded education.
