摘  要:职业教育的发展正处于融入终身教育理念的转型时期,但在转型过程中,出现了功利主义倾向,职业教育功利化已成为制约培养高质量人才的掣肘。职业教育的本质诉求是要培养个体具备终身学习与谋生的能力继而构建学习型社会,探索终身教育背景下职业教育去功利化对当前构建合理化、高级化的学习型社会具有重要意义。通过透视职业教育功利化的种种现象,以人力资本理论与人的全面发展理论为理论支撑,以国家颁布的相关政策为依据,精准找到职业教育去功利化的切入点、关键点及落脚点,从而为学习者提供高质量的职业教育。The development of vocational education is in the transition period of integrating the concept of lifelong education. But in the process of transition, there is a utilitarian tendency. The utilitarianism of vocational education has become a constraint to the cultivation of high-quality talents. The essential demand of vocational education is to cultivate individuals’ ability of learning and earning a living, and then build a learning society. Exploring the de-utilitarianism of vocational education under the background of lifelong education is of great significance to the current construction of a rational and advanced learning society.Through the perspective of various phenomena of the utilitarianism of vocational education, the theoretical support of human capital theory and the theory of all-round human development, and the relevant policies issued by the state as the basis, we can accurately find the entry point, key point and end point of de-utilitarianism of vocational education, so as to provide learners with high-quality vocational education.
