摘  要:基于熔点测定实验教学特点,结合智能移动设备与无线WiFi技术的优点,研发出新型无线可视化显微熔点仪(热台法)应用于教学,并获国家实用专利授权。相比目前高校教学中常用市售目视显微熔点仪(热台法),新型仪器具有部件成本低模块化、操作方便自动化、过程显示可视化、记录存储可溯化等特点。通过新研仪器的“一对多”无线可视化观测模式可有效解决常规目视显微熔点仪测定实验教学效率低、教学效果差、卫生安全隐患大等实验教学痛点。Based on the experimental teaching characteristics of melting point measurement,a new wireless and visual microscopic melting point apparatus was developed and applied in experimental teaching.This apparatus took the advantages of intelligent mobile devices and wireless WiFi technology,and has been authorized by the national practical patent.Compared with the traditional microscopic melting point meter(heating stage method),which was commercially available and widely used in experimental teaching,this novel apparatus was characterized by the low-cost,modularity,automatic operation,visualization and traceability in record storage.Due to the“one-to-many”and wireless visual observation model,this apparatus effectively increased efficiency and improved effect of experiment teaching of melting point measurement,and avoided the hidden dangers of health and security in experimental teaching.
