摘  要:劳动是人类最基本的活动,是“构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系”的重要组成部分。以涉农类高职院校——黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例,在找准新时代劳动教育的定位、解析以“劳动意识、劳动技能、劳动创造”为内核的劳动教育内涵的基础上,构建了“1+R+S”立体化劳动教育体系,创新了“知——行——悟”三阶递进专业课专劳融合教学模式,探索了以服务现代农业产业发展为宗旨的劳动技能提升路径,走出了一条“以农为主、专业鲜明”的劳动教育之路。Hard work is the most basic activity of human beings,and it is an important part of building a comprehensive educa⁃tion system of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit.Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Econ⁃omy Vocational College as an example,based on the positioning of education on the hard-working spirit in the new era and the analysis of the connotation of education on the hard-working spirit with hard-working consciousness,hard-working skills and hard-working creation as the core,the“1+R+S”three-dimensional system of education on the hard-working spirit is constructed,the teaching mode of“knowledge-practice-understanding”three-layer progressive professional courses is innovated,the path of improving hard working skills with the purpose of serving the development of modern agricultural industry is explored,which is crucial to improve edu⁃cation on the hard-working spirit with agriculture as the focus and distinctive professional features.
