基于积极心理资本视角下谈高校创业心理教育

摘　　要：为提升大学生创业心理素质,研究积极心理资本视角下的高校创业心理教育。首先界定了心理资本和创业心理资本的概念,进而分析了培育大学生创业心理资本的重要性。最后根据高校创业心理教育现状及存在的问题,从重塑高校创业教育理念,细化创业心理教育目标;完善创业心理教育课程建设,注重课程与实践及体验的结合;把创业心理教育融入专业培养等方面优化了高校创业心理教育模式,以期促进大学生创业心理素质与创业效率的提升。In order to improve the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students,this paper studies the entrepreneurial psychological education from the perspective of positive psychological capital.Firstly,it defines the concepts of psychological capital and entrepreneurial psychological capital,and then analyzes the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial psychological capital of college students.Finally,according to the current situation and existing problems of entrepreneurship psychological education in Colleges and universities,this paper optimizes the model of entrepreneurship psychological education in Colleges and universities from the aspects of reshaping the concept of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,refining the objectives of entrepreneurship psychological education,improving the construction of entrepreneurship psychological education curriculum,focusing on the combination of curriculum,practice and experience,and integrating entrepreneurship psychological education into professional training,so as to promote the entrepreneurship psychological quality and creativity of college students the improvement of industrial efficiency.
