立德树人根本任务下中医药研究生导师角色重构

摘　　要：教育部把立德树人作为研究生导师的首要职责,对研究生导师提出了更高的要求。本文重新厘定了中医药研究生导师的角色定位,认为导师应该是学生人生的引路人、学术领跑者、生活上的知心朋友,提出导师要充分认识立德树人的重要内涵,建立平等、互相尊重的育人观念,提升自身的文化素养,营造良好的科研育人的氛围。The Ministry of Education regards morality education as the primary duty of graduate tutors, and puts forward higher requirements for graduate tutors.This article has redefined the role of graduate tutors of Traditional Chinese medicine,and the tutors should be the guides, academic leaders, and close friends in life for the graduates. The tutor should recognize the important connotation of morality education,establish an education concept of equality and mutual respect, improve cultural literacy, and create good atmosphere for scientific research and education.
