摘 要:日常摄入量(usual intake,UI)是个体或人群的长期习惯性膳食摄入量。现多采用24h膳食回顾法和食物频率问卷法来获得个体或人群的膳食摄入量。受方法的局限,其结果不能直接代表UI,研究者们以统计学为基础建立多种统计方法,对短期膳食摄入量进行校正转换,以获得更准确的UI。本文对UI估计的统计方法进行梳理、汇总,为更科学的营养评估和食品安全暴露评估提供理论基础。[营养学报,2022,44(1):90-94]Usual intake(UI) is a long-term habitual dietary intake of an individual or a population. 24h dietary recall method and food frequency questionnaire method are applied to obtain dietary intake in individuals or people. Given the limitations of the methodology, the results did not directly represent the UI, and a variety of statistical methods were developed to correct the short-term dietary intake to achieve a more accurate UI. This review summarized the statistical techniques of UI estimation to provide theoretical basis for more scientific nutrition assessment and food safety exposure assessment.
