摘  要:为提高中职汽修专业课堂的教学质量及教学效果,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对PDCA质量管理进行了相应的探讨;利用PDCA质量管理的相关理论及路径设计,提出了PDCA教学设计思路,构建了PDCA教学的操作流程;通过建立与企业相似的工作情境和提升学生技能水平的学习任务点,利用PDCA质量管理对教学过程进行循环监控,并利用评价系统对学生掌握技能水平的情况进行评价和反馈,模拟产品质量控制和改进过程,形成教学指导方案,提高中等职业学校汽车维修专业的教学质量。In order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of the class of secondary vocational auto repair major, this paper discusses the PDCA quality management by using the method of literature and logical analysis. Using PDCA quality management theory and path design, this paper puts forward the IDEA of PDCA teaching design, and constructs the operation flow of PDCA teaching. Through the establishment of similar working situations and learning task points to improve students’ skills, the paper uses PDCA management to monitor the teaching process in a cycle, and uses the evaluation system to evaluate and feedback students’ mastery of skills, simulating the process of product quality control and improvement, and forming teaching guidance programs, and to improve the teaching quality of automobile maintenance specialty in secondary vocational schools.
