“双一流”背景下地方高校化学化工类研究生创新培养新举措

摘　　要：在国家“双一流”建设的背景下,针对我国地方院校化学化工类研究生存在的高水平科研导师少,创新平台少以及创新能力不足等问题,以吉首大学化学化工类研究生培养为例,探索研究生培养过程中的思想道德教育、指导教师团队组建、研究生课程体系改革、联合培养基地建设和论文质量监控等五个方向的新举措,提出德育领先,创新驱动,地方高校化学化工类研究生培养新模式,总结了吉首大学化学化工类研究生创新培养取得的成绩。In view of the lacking of high-level research tutors,innovation platforms and innovation ability for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering graduate students in local universities in China,the innovations in the field of ideological and moral education,teachers team,the graduate student curriculum system reform,joint training base construction and the paper quality monitoring and so on in Jishou University chemical graduate education under the background of double top-class was summarized.Moreover,the moral education of leading,innovation-driven,and new model of chemical class graduate education in local university were put forward.The achievements of postgraduate innovation training in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Jishou University were summarized.
