摘　　要：在新工科背景下,文章以电子信息工程专业为例,结合“普及型”精英科技竞赛教学体系,探索专业教学模式及人才培养的有机结合。文章分析电信系学生的学情现状,详细阐述新工科的“普及型”精英科技竞赛的内容和实施方案,构建电信学专业教学与人才培养的模式,有效提升电子信息工程专业人才培养的质量。Under the background of new engineering,take the electronic information engineering major as an example,combined with the“universal”elite science and technology competition teaching system,to explore the organic combination of professional teaching mode and talent training.The article analyzes the current situation of students of telecommunications,expounds the content and implementation plan of the“universal”elite science and technology competition of new engineering,constructs the mode of telecommunications teaching and talent training,and effectively improves the quality of talent training of electronic information engineering majors.
