摘 要:目的观察在进行临床护理教学的过程中将PBL教学法进行运用的效果。方法按照对比观察的方式展开本次研究,所选入见习护士80名,为在本院在2019年2月—2020年2月接受带教学习的见习护士中随机选取,按照计算机随机抽样的方式,任意选取纳入样本中的40名,在进行临床护理教学的过程中,各方面教学操作均按照常规模式进行展开,即对照组,余下40名,则需要将PBL教学法进行运用,即观察组。对两组见习护士的学习情况进行分析。结果综合对比可以发现,观察组内见习护士对带教效果的认可情况高于对照组,带教满意情况、理论护理知识掌握情况、临床护理操作成绩以及行为考评等方面对比,观察组均存在明显优势,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行临床护理教学的过程中将PBL教学法进行运用,可以有效提升护理教学工作的综合效果,有利于护理人员全面掌握护理知识并加以运用,应用效果得到见习护生的一致认可。Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods According to the method of comparative observation,80 trainee nurses were randomly selected from February 2019 to February 2020.According to the method of computer random sampling,40 of them were randomly selected.In the process of clinical nursing teaching,all aspects of teaching operation are carried out according to the routine mode,that is,control group,the remaining 40,need to be used PBL teaching method,that is,observation group.Two groups of trainees.The study of nurses was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the nurses'recognition of teaching effect was higher than that of the control group was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive effect of nursing teaching,which is helpful for nursing staff to master nursing knowledge and apply it in an all-round way,and the application effect is unanimously recognized by trainee nursing students.
