摘　　要：康复科治疗的对象大多是老年病、慢性病及残疾患者,其康复过程是艰苦而漫长的,因此,对康复科的实习同学有较高的要求。除了要具备基本护理的知识和技能外,还要掌握康复治疗的理论及技能,同时应具有高度的责任感、同情心及奉献精神。实习带教一直都是康复科是实习生管理的重点和难点,同时也是加强教学管理和教学探究的重要方面。目前PDCA法已经应用于医学教学实践中,并得到了很好的效果,因此对于PDCA法在康复科护理实习带教中应用进行研究和分析具有重要的现实意义。将PDCA循环管理方法运用在临床护理带教中能够增强带教老师管理意识,实现教学质量的提高以及规范了带教流程和学生考评制度,促进学生的学习任务完成。本次论文研究也将从PDCA法的基本概述出发,对于PDCA法在康复科护理教学中的应用价值进行了分析,最后从计划、实施、检查和处理四个方面对于PDCA法在康复科护理实习带教中的具体应用进行了阐述和探究。The objects of rehabilitation treatment are mostly the elderly,chronic diseases and disabled patients,and the rehabilitation process is arduous and long.Therefore,the interns in rehabilitation department have higher requirements.In addition to basic nursing knowledge and skills,we should also master the theory and skills of rehabilitation treatment,and have a high sense of responsibility,compassion and dedication.Practice teaching has always been the focus and difficulty of rehabilitation department,and it is also an important aspect of strengthening teaching management and teaching exploration.At present,PDCA method has been applied in medical teaching practice,and has achieved good results,so it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the application of PDCA method in nursing practice teaching in rehabilitation department.The application of PDCA cycle management method in clinical nursing teaching can enhance the management awareness of teachers,improve the teaching quality,standardize the teaching process and student evaluation system,and promote the completion of students'learning tasks.This paper will also start from the basic overview of PDCA method,analyze the application value of PDCA method in rehabilitation nursing teaching,and finally elaborate and explore the specific application of PDCA method in rehabilitation nursing practice teaching from four aspects of planning,implementation,inspection and treatment.
