摘　　要：目的随着化学工业迅猛发展,危化品事故频发,危害着人民群众的生命财产安全,破坏生态环境,造成社会经济严重损失。另外,来自恐怖主义的化武威胁也不容小觑。军队抢险救援处置的危险化学品或化学战剂种类繁多,每种化学品的毒理性和处置救援措施各有特点,迫切需要进一步提高部队官兵处置突发化学事件的能力。方法建设《突发化学事件处置及救援》在线课程,利用军事职业网络教育平台,使基层官兵学习防护知识,了解危险化学品及化学事故处置方法。结果该在线课程构建了以实际案例分析为入口、以理论与实践结合为主线、以实战条件下救援组织与实施为重点的课程体系。结论预防和减少突发化学事件发生发展,保障人民群众生命和财产安全,保护人民生活环境绿色安全,更好地完成武警部队抢险救援、防范和处置恐怖活动、防卫作战等各项职能任务。Objective With the rapid development of chemical industry,hazardous chemical accidents occur frequently,seriously endangering people's lives and property,seriously threatening the ecological environment,causing serious social and economic losses.In addition,the threat of chemical weapons from terrorism should not be underestimated.There are many kinds of dangerous chemicals or chemical warfare agents in military emergency rescue.The toxicology and rescue measures of each kind of chemicals have their own characteristics,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of the army to deal with and rescue chemical emergencies.Methods The online course of chemical emergency disposal and rescue is mainly for the officers and soldiers of chemical prevention and rescue in grass-roots units.Results This onlin course constructs a curriculum system with actual case analysis as the entrance,the combination of theony and practice as the main line,and the focus on resoue onganization and implementation under actual comat conditions.Conclusion It is hoped that through this course,the officers and soldiers can understand the disposal methods of dangerous chemicals and chemical incidents,prevent and reduce the occurrence and development of emergency chemical incidents,ensure the safety of people's lives and property,protect the green safety of people's living environment,and better complete the functional tasks of rescuing,preventing and disposaling of terrorist activities,defense operations by the armed police force.
