摘　　要：教育理论与教育实践的关系是教育研究中最基本的理论问题。两者之间“剪不断、理还乱”的纠结,常使学术共同体成员不断质疑教育理论研究的价值以及教育实践如何指导教育理论发展的系列问题。研究发现,两者关系经常处在“分离”与“融合”的徘徊状态中。两者关系处于分离之态的影响因素有教育理论的抽象性、教师群体的非专业化、学科专业的差异化、评价机制的数据化。为了实现两者关系从分离走向融合,我们可以开展教育理论的“元研究”、重视教师群体的专业训练、培育学术研究的文化氛围和重构考评机制的制度建设。The relationship between education theory and education practice is the most basic theory problems in the research of education between the tangle of cut hard also disorderly,often makes academic community members questioning the value of the education theory and education practice how to guide the development of the theory of education series problem,the study found the relationship between often in separation and integration of wandering.In order to realize the separation of the two relations,we can carry out the meta-research of education theory and attach importance to the professional training of teacher groups,cultivate the cultural atmosphere of academic research and reconstruct the system construction of evaluation mechanism.
