摘 要:目的探讨医德育人融入线上案例教学法在病理实验教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018级临床医学专业1~3班97名学生作为试验组,同年级4~6班94名临床专业学生作为对照组,试验组采用线上案例法教学模式;对照组采用传统的讲授模式。线上教学结束后对2组学生的理论水平和模拟技能操作进行考核,比较2组学生技能各项成绩,并调查2组学生对教学方法的满意度。结果课程结束后,试验组学生理论成绩和技能操作成绩均明显高于对照组,线上虚拟仿真平台测试中试验组慢性肺淤血的切片描述、左心衰的临床症状以及临床病理联系的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,试验组学生对教学方法的满意程度也高于对照组。结论新冠状线上案例教学法在病理实验课教学中的应用效果良好,在以后病理实验课学习中值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of online case teaching method combined with medical ethics education in pathological experiment teaching.Methods 97 students in Class 1-3 of Grade 2018 clinical medicine major were selected as the experimental group,and 94 students in Class 4-6 of the same Grade were selected as the control group.A total of 97 in the experimental group,were given online case method teaching mode.A total of 94 people in the control group,were given the traditional teaching mode.After the online teaching,the theoretical level and simulated skill operation of the two groups of students were evaluated,the performance of the two groups of skills was compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of students with the teaching method was investigated.Results After the end of the course,the students in the experimental group had significantly higher theoretical and technical performance than the control group.In the online virtual simulation platform test,the slice description of the chronic pulmonary congestion,the clinical symptoms of left heart failure,and the scores of clinical pathological links in the experimental group were all high than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group with the teaching methods was also higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Under the background of COVID-19,the online case-based teaching method has a good application effect in the teaching of pathology experiment class,and it is worth promoting in the future study of pathology experiment class.
