适宜中药学专业创新要求特征的硕博士研究生培养模式及方案改革的探讨

摘　　要：文章基于2019年2月中华中医药学会发布“三大科学前沿问题”和“三大工程技术难题”对中药学专业的原创性要求,结合作者团队中医药超分子“气析”理论的研究成果和湖南中医药大学的研究生培养情况,对目前中药专业硕、博士研究生的人才模式培养及方案的现状进行分析,探讨其主要不足,并根据亟需解决中医药现代化所面临重大前沿科学问题和工程技术难题的创新要求,提出中药专业创新研究型人才培养模式和方案改革方向,并提出与之相适应的课程教学、学位课题研究等培养方案调整措施;以促进现有中药研究生教育体系的不断创新和改革,形成能满足中药原创性要求的创新型研究型人才培养教育体系。Based on the original requirements of“three major scientific frontier problems”and“three major engineering and technical problems”issued by the Chinese Association of traditional Chinese medicine in February 2019,combined with the research results of the team’s traditional Chinese medicine supramolecular“qi chromatography”theory and the postgraduate culturing situation of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the current situation of talent mode and program for master and doctoral students of traditional Chinese medicine specialty was analyzed.This paper discusses its main shortcomings,and puts forward the cilturing mode and program reform direction of research innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine specialty according to the innovation requirements of solving the major frontier scientific problems and engineering technical problems faced by the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the corresponding training program adjustment measures,such as curriculum teaching and academic dissertation,so as to promote the improvement of the existing Chinese medicine postgraduate education system.Through innovation and reform,we should form an innovative research talents culturing and education system that can meet the original requirements of traditional Chinese medicine.
