摘　　要：根据茶学专业特点及多年教学实践,构建了“课程实践+社团实践+校内外竞赛+校外实习”的实践教学模式,即在开展专业课程实践教学基础上,拓宽实践途径和实践方式,通过组建学生社团、指导学生参加校内外“茶艺大赛”“评茶大赛”“茶叶加工大赛”等各种专业竞赛,以及兴建校外实习基地的方式开展实践教学。在此种实践教学模式下,茶学专业实践育人成效显著,有力提高了学生的实践能力、创新创意能力以及专业的教学与发展,且该实践教学模式在新时代茶学育人发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用,同时也被同行和其他院校借鉴,为茶学专业实践育人模式提供了相关借鉴与参考。According to tea science professional characteristics and teaching practice for many years, a "course practice + community practice + competition inside and outside the school + off-campus internship" practice teaching mode was built, That was based on the practice of professional courses, which broadened the practical ways and methods, established student associations, guide students to participate in various professional competitions such as "Tea art competition", "tea evaluation competition", "tea processing competition" inside and outside the school, and carried out practical teaching by building an off campus practice base. Under this practical teaching mode, the practice education of tea science had achieved remarkable developments, which effectively improved students’ practical ability, innovation and creative ability and professional teaching and development. In addition,this practical teaching mode plays an increasingly important role in the development of tea education in the new era, and is also used for reference by peers and other universities, providing relevant reference for the practical education mode of tea specialty.
