摘　　要：针对于医学院校程序设计课程中存在的问题,提出了具有医学专业特点的程序设计课程教学改革方案。教学改革方案以TPACK模式为核心设计思想,以医学各专业的应用需求为关注点,从教学内容设计、TAPCK模式中各元素设计、线上与线下互动教学环境、评价体系设计、以及教学反馈五个方面,构造了完整的课程教学体系结构。Aiming at the problems confronted in programming courses in medical universities and colleges, a teaching reform scheme for programming courses with the characteristics of medical specialty is proposed. With the TPACK framework as the core idea and the application needs in various medical specialties as the focus, an integral course teaching system is constructed. This system includes teaching content design, element design in the TAPCK framework, online and offline interactive teaching environment, assessment system design and teaching feedbacks into account.
