摘  要:民间故事是历史悠久的文化瑰宝,多少代中华儿女在民间故事的滋养中成长,但当前其正在远离幼儿的生活.为传承中华文化经典,研究者与幼儿园实践者历时17周合作开展了中原民间故事融入幼儿园课程的行动研究.该研究丰富了幼儿的地方文化知识,增进了其对乡土的情感;提升了幼儿园教师的传统文化课程开发和教育研究的意识与能力;增强了幼儿园管理者的课程领导力和管理效能.研究也引发了一些思考:幼儿园传统文化课程构建要以幼儿为本,顺时而为;应赋予教师更多的专业自主权;要加强适宜于学龄前儿童的中华优秀传统文化数据库建设.Folktales are cultural treasures with a long history.Many generations of Chinese children have grown up with the nourishment of folktales,but they are currently far away from the lives of children.In order to inherit the Chinese cultural classics and construct kindergarten curriculum,researchers and kindergarten practitioners had rooted in the land of central plains,and cooperated to carry out an action research on the integration of central plains folktales into kindergarten curriculum for 17 weeks.The results of the research are as follows:enriching children’s local cultural knowledge and enhancing children’s feelings for the homeland;enhancing kindergarten teachers’awareness and ability of traditional cultural curriculum development and educational research;enhancing the curriculum leadership and management efficiency of the kindergarten managers.The research has also triggered some thinking:the construction of traditional cultural curriculum in kindergartens should be child-oriented and in a timely manner;teachers should be given more professional autonomy;and the construction of excellent traditional cultural databases suitable for preschool education should be strengthened.
