摘  要:长期以来,高校专职辅导员主要负责大学生的日常管理及思想政治教育,对学生学业涉入比较少,仅停留在宏观的管理层面,缺乏具体的日常指导。本文以医学教育为例探讨选拔专业课教师担任专业辅导员,负责学生的学业指导及专业引领。从必要性来看,设置专业辅导员不仅有助于学生的专业引领,有助于专职辅导员相辅互补,还有助于医教协同学生管理及教学质量的提高。从可行性来看,与部分学者持有的将现有专职辅导员培养为肩负学生学业指导职责的观点相比,选拔专业课教师担任专业辅导员明显更能胜任专业引领重任。For a long time, full-time counselors in colleges and universities are mainly responsible for the daily management and ideological and political education of college students. They are less involved in students’ studies and only stay at the macro management level, lacking specific daily guidance. The author takes medical education as an example to discuss the selection of professional course teachers as professional counselors, responsible for students’ academic guidance and professional guidance. From the perspective of necessity, the establishment of professional counselors is not only conducive to the professional guidance of students, to complement with full-time counselors, but also conducive to the improvement of medical and educational cooperation in student management and teaching quality. From the perspective of feasibility, compared with the view held by some scholars that the existing fulltime counselors should be trained to be responsible for students’ academic guidance, the selection of professional course teachers as professional counselors is obviously more competent for professional guidance.
