摘  要:目的探讨本科护理实习生职业生涯适应力的相关影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、大学生一般学业情绪问卷、生涯适应力量表对128名本科护理实习生进行问卷调查,对职业生涯适应力影响因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果是否喜欢护士职业与不同职业选择路径(选择护理专业的原因)护理实习生生涯适应力量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的职业选择路径对本科护理实习生学业成绩、大学生一般学业情绪问卷的积极低唤醒维度评分及生涯适应力量表的生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心维度评分有显著影响(P<0.05)。职业态度对护理实习生大学生一般学业情绪问卷的消极高唤醒、消极低唤醒、积极低唤醒维度及生涯适应力量表的生涯好奇、生涯信心维度评分有显著影响(P<0.05)。护理实习生生涯适应力与学业成绩、学业情绪中的消极低唤醒维度呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与学业情绪中的积极高唤醒、积极低唤醒维度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。选择护理专业的原因、大学生一般学业情绪问卷的积极高唤醒、学业成绩是护理实习生职业生涯适应力的多重影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论个体理性选择结果对护理实习生职业生涯适应力有一定影响,护理教育者可从护理实习生个体选择出发,提高职业热情及职业适应力。Objective To explore the factors influencing career adaptability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 128 undergraduate nursing students by using general information questionnaire,general academic emotions questionnaire(GAEQ)and career adapt-abilities scale-China form(CAAS-CF),and the correlation analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of career adaptability.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the CAAS-CF scores of nursing students whether they liked the nursing profession and different career choices(reasons for choosing nursing majors)(P<0.05).Different career choices of undergraduate nursing students had significant effects on academic achievement,positive low arousal dimension score of GAEQ,and career control,career curiosity and career confidence dimension scores of CAAS-CF(P<0.05).The career attitude of nursing students had a significant impact on the negative high arousal,negative low arousal,positive low arousal dimension scores of GAEQ,and career curiosity and career confidence dimension scores of CAAS-CF(P<0.05).Nursing students'career adaptability was significantly negatively correlated with negative low arousal dimension in academic achievement and academic emotions(P<0.05),and was significantly positively correlated with positive high arousal and positive low arousal dimensions in academic emotions(P<0.01).Reasons for choosing nursing major,positive high arousal of GAEQ,and academic achievement were multiple influencing factors of career adaptability of nursing students(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The results of individual rational choice have a certain impact on the career adaptability of nursing students.Nursing educators can improve their professional enthusiasm and adaptability based on the individual choice of nursing students.
