摘 要:教学质量是地方本科院校发展的永恒主题,教学督导制度是保障和提高教学质量的重要手段。为进一步做好地方本科院校教学督导工作,文章以地方本科院校教学督导职能与作用为切入点,分析地方本科院校教学督导工作现状,以通化师范学院为例,构建符合应用型人才培养目标定位、适应学校转型发展、促进地方经济建设的教学督导运行机制,为地方本科院校教学督导运行机制研究与实践提供借鉴与参考。Teaching quality is the eternal theme of the development of local undergraduate universities,and the teaching supervision system is an important means to ensure and improve the teaching quality. In order to improve the teaching supervision work in local undergraduate universities, the functions and roles of teaching supervision in local undergraduate universities are taken as the entry point, and the work status of teaching supervision in local undergraduate universities is analyzed in this article. Taking Tonghua Normal University as an example, the teaching supervision operation mechanism that conforms to the target orientation of applied talents training, adapts to the transition and development of universities, and promotes local economic construction is constructed. It will provide references for the research and practice of teaching supervision operation mechanism in local undergraduate universities.
