摘　　要：疫情常态化背景下高职院校在国际合作交流、线上教学模式、国际化发展方面面临挑战与机遇。中国部分优秀高职院校积极应对疫情挑战,创造性地开展国际化办学,不断探索国际合作与交流新范式的生动实践。从服务国家战略、构建人类技能共同体、创新国际合作范式、练好内功等方面对疫情常态化背景下高职教育国际化发展提出了应对的策略和建议。This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities of higher vocational colleges in international cooperation and exchange,online teaching mode and international development under the background of regular epidemic.It sorts out the vivid practice of some outstanding Chinese higher vocational colleges,who actively respond to the challenges of the epidemic,creatively carry out international education,constantly explore new paradigms of international cooperation and exchanges.Therefore,it puts forward coping strategies and suggestions for higher vocational education internationalization under the background of regular epidemic,from the aspects of serving national strategy,building a community with a shared technique for humanity,innovating international cooperation paradigm and practicing internal skills.
